The Vancouver Art Gallery is closed to the public due to COVID 19. However, they are streaming live and interactive conversations with guests from the local and international art community on Zoom every Tuesday and Friday. Best of all it is free.

Granville Island Market

There are long lines and crowds at Costco and other grocery stores, but it seems like everyone has forgotten about the Granville Island Public Market. Although Granville Island is not offering live buskers and many of the stores and restaurants are closed, Granville Island is still a great place to buy your groceries and support local farmers, and food producers.

Drive-in Movie Theater

Langley is home to one of Canada’s few remaining Drive-In Movie Theaters and the only theater open during the pandemic. You are able to watch a movie in the comfort and safety of your own car, while physical distancing from the other guests enjoying the movies. They have reduced capacity to ensure great physical distance from other cars and moviegoers.
