By booking through Lifty Life, you’re automatically going to get the best deal for our properties because you will save the Online Travel Agency fees that Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com charge.

Liftyflife will send everything you need to know to access the property 1–2 days before your arrival, including directions, parking info, and your unique entry codes.

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible rental cancellation policy:
- 100% refund: up to 14 days before arrival
- 50% refund: up to 7 days before arrival
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
We recommend all guests purchase cancellation insurance.
Cancellation policy is non-refundable for those that booked group bookings (ie. room blocks)
We charge a $500 CAD damage deposit, depending on the property, as a pre-authorization (pre-auth) on your credit card.
This pre-auth holds the funds temporarily but does not charge your account. Assuming no damage is caused during your stay, the pre-auth will automatically drop off your credit card statement after your checkout.

While every property may have slightly different house rules based on its unique nature, here are some general guidelines we ask all guests to follow:
- Cleanliness: Please leave the property in a reasonable, respectful, and tidy condition.
- No Smoking or Parties: Smoking and parties are not allowed at any of our Airbnb properties. No exceptions.
- Pets: Some of our Airbnb rental properties are pet-friendly, but not all. Be sure to check the listing details if you plan to bring a pet.
- Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests stated in the booking are allowed to stay at the property.
- Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide details about their stay prior to arrival.

Serious Emergencies (Fire, Medical, or Otherwise): Please contact the appropriate emergency services first (dial 911 in Canada). Afterward, inform our Lifty Life team as soon as possible so we can provide additional support.

A group booking is when multiple rental units are reserved together for the same event or group, such as a wedding, family reunion, corporate retreat, sports team, or special occasion. Instead of each guest booking separately, Lifty Life helps you coordinate everything in one streamlined process to ensure your group is comfortably accommodated across our properties.
How It Works:
- 1. Tell Us About Your Event: Share details like your dates, number of guests, and location preferences.
- 2. We Build a Room Block: Our team curates a selection of available units that suit your group’s size, needs, and budget.
- 3. Confirm & Secure the Booking: Once approved, the room block is reserved and becomes non-refundable.
- 4. Guest Coordination: We help assign guests to the appropriate units and can provide a direct booking link or coordinate manually.
- 5. Special Requests: Let us know if you need pet-friendly, accessible units, or specific placement—we’ll do our best to accommodate.
