Prepare For Your Stay

We will send everything you need to know to access the property 1–2 days before your arrival, including directions, parking info, and your unique entry codes.

Each property managed by Lifty Life is unique, and that’s what makes staying with us so special. Every unit offers its own distinct set of amenities and experiences tailored to its location and character.

As a standard, all of our rentals provide:

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

  • 100% refund: up to 14 days before arrival
  • 50% refund: up to 7 days before arrival

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

We recommend all guests purchase cancellation insurance.

We charge a $500 CAD damage deposit, depending on the property, as a pre-authorization (pre-auth) on your credit card.

This pre-auth holds the funds temporarily but does not charge your account. Assuming no damage is caused during your stay, the pre-auth will automatically drop off your credit card statement after your checkout.

While every property may have slightly different house rules based on its unique nature, here are some general guidelines we ask all guests to follow:

  • Cleanliness: Please leave the property in a reasonable, respectful, and tidy condition.
  • No Smoking or Parties: Smoking and parties are not allowed at any of our properties. No exceptions.
  • Pets: Some of our properties are pet-friendly, but not all. Be sure to check the listing details if you plan to bring a pet.
  • Occupancy Limits: Only the number of guests stated in the booking are allowed to stay at the property.
  • Rental Agreement: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide details about their stay prior to arrival.
